This morning a Charley horse in my calf woke me up from my sleep, and it was one of the worst pains I have felt in my life. I haven’t had one in like a decade so it was so weird but I woke up crying and clutching my leg. I mean it was like my muscle was tearing from my bone, it was so bad; I didn’t even know it was a Charley horse at first but I was like “there’s no other explanation for this.” I finally was able to stretch it out after a few seconds, and it’s been eight hours since but my calf is still sore.
I get them more frequently than I’d like. they are not fun I feel your pain-literally lol
